paid cancellation, debit orders still going off
I paid the full value to terminate my contract with MTN a week ago, I still haven't received my cancellation letter and now they are still taking a debt order from my account.<br> <br> I phoned 7 times already and no one seems to be able to assist. Even the customer service number keep cutting me off.<br> <br> This is really unacceptable.
