Paid and still no service no router nou internet

We app**** online for a data wifi pagage 5G we filled in all the info we had to pay pro rata for November and we had to pay for December so we paid and now we still waiting for our router and sim no customer suppprt when they answer its just we will get back promised that we will have it tomorrow put the tracking number shows no data so lets see if I will get our Router tomorrow
