paid account but no service

I have been a mtn customer for a long time, due to the lockdown, i could not pay the bill, so it was handed over to legal, now I paid the amount asked for, legal says the amount is reflecting and all is good, after a thousand calls, mtn says contact vvm, vvm say all good contact mtn, same story every call, if its paid surely 1 call from mtn to vvm to confirm and re connect me, how hard is that
