Packet Switched Data Calls on suddenly on account
I was a VERY HAPPY Nashua Mobile customer for 12 years and then got moved to MTN and have had nothing but issues ever since.

They simply cannot seem to get it right! I have a fixed R99-00 for 2Gb (with top up option if I need it) as per my contract initially signed with Nashua Mobile.

I have just received (for the 1st time since 11 Feb) an email telling me to log-on to their self service site - in spite of me having asked for accounts to be emailed to me.

Imagine my surprise to see I am suddenly being billed for something called Packet Data Calls

What is PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS that have suddenly (1 March - R164.58 & 1 April - R629.32) and WHY?

Calling the Customer 'Care' number (808) is an exercise in futility as it just keeps dropping the call(s)

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response to your post.
We have now perused your account and we see that you renewed your contract on the 2nd of November 2014 with Nashua Mobile. We will need you to provide a copy of the contract signed in order for us to see what you have signed for on the day.
The package that you were migrated to was the MTN Broadband 2GB open package that allows you to continue making use of the service after you have used up your 2GB data bundle provisioning.
Please send us a copy of the contract signed on the 2nd of November 2014 to *** and we will touch base with you thereafter.
Regards
Tim
