PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS
<p>Good ebvening</p> <p>Trust that you are well. I am being charged for PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS & SHORT MESSAGE when i have enough DATA and SMS bundles. How can we be charged for this when we are using data to make calls via skype/whatsapp/facetime. Please xplain. We were not informed of these charges when we signd up. Please advise ASAP. </p>

Kindly be advised that you are charged on the out of bundle rate once you have depleted your data bundle. Your contract includes the 500 MB which was used up on the 2016 -09-22 from the same date you were charged from out of bundle rate.
Please note that the sms bundles are for local numbers only, you will be charged for any competition or subscription sms or sms sent whilst roaming and the charges will be billed to your MTN account. The sms charges on your bill is for the sms's that were sent whilst roaming.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
