Previous complaint to MTN with reference REQ:*** has still not been resolved despite following the instructions given by MTN, which was to register the fault / request at [URL Removed]<br> <br> MTN is not interested in solving their long standing clients complaints / problems especially in this case when it results in them earning more money from not resolving such problems.<br> <br>

Please be advised that the usage limit has not been set up as per your information. If you have a copy of the contract signed, please take it back to the
MTN store to assist you with the credit for the extra internet data charges.
The usage has been validated and the charges is valid.
Total MB used : 8959.34 inclusive of 1GB recurring data bundle, additional data used was 7935.34MB over and above your 1GB data bundle. As per our calculation we grossly undercharged you.
Total data used 8959.34MB - 1024MB (recurring data) = 7935.34MB total used additionally. Total additional used data 7935.34 x R0.99 (out of bundle rate) = R7935.34 inclusive VAT.
Please visit the store to assist you with feedback why the usage limit has not been set up when you have requested this function with the upgrade done.
When you in the store, please ask the store to set up the usage limit for you.
