Packet Switched Data Calls

Can someone from MTN please explain to me what this PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS are. No one seems to knows and no answers are given. How can i jump form R206.32 beginning of the year to R1968.41 middle of the year and currently R1134.72. All this started when you took over from Nashua Mobile and it got worst during your STRIKE period. I have been a loyal customer for 22years. At this stage I am busy cancelling my contract with MTN, which just to get the settlement amount out of MTN took 2 months (locally). Very very bad service!!!
You leave me no choice but to stop the debit order until someone at MTN can give me an explanation and a refund has been made regarding the Packet Switched Data Calls or I suggest that you take the refund of my huge settlement amount of R9528.84....just to get rid of MTN's bad service!!
