Packet Switched Data Calls
I have an a 5GB a month data account for a 3G modem with MTN. My monthly total is always R259 (I have never exceeded my 5GB limit).<br> For April my bill was a whopping R4620.25, because I was charged R3825.66 for \Packet switched data calls". I know that I didn't exceed my usage last month"

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
It is showing on our system that your data was used up by the 19/03/2015. Meaning from the 19/03 to your invoice date which is on the 12/04 you were being charged your out of bundle rates. I have also noticed that the dates that data was used the most was on the 19/03 - 20/03/2015.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels. You are more than welcome to call 808 for clarity on this matter.
