Packet Switched Data Billing
Hi there, <br> <br> I am a MTN customer and currently pay R400 for a 2GB data package. I normally exceed this to roughly the value of R800 in total (on average for the last 6 months).<br> <br> This last month, June 2015, I was billed an extra R1800 for \packet switched data billing".<br> <br> After speaking with MTN and receiving no assistance whatsoever"

Kindly be advised that a billing query has been logged requesting for the invoices to be validated, REQ:***. Also be advised that the data bundle pricing changed as of 23 April 2015, the out of bundle rate increased to R0.99 per MB.
