Packet switch data calls - what the heck is this??
On my invoice for July I have been billed R666 for packet switch data calls!!!! What the heck is that!!!! I have done nothing different to what I normally do and generally add extra data bundles when I run out of data, I can't afford to pay this!!!! Can someone please tell me what this is??? I want this never to happen again!!! MTN you are really disappointing me now as I have been a very happy customer for many years!!! If this isn't sorted out and a refund of R666 is not returned to me then looks like CellC is definitely going to help me buy out of this contract from you!!! Please get back to me!!! ASAP!!!

Kindly be advised that a billing query has been logged requesting for the data charges to be validated for the invoice dated 2015-07-20, REQ:***. Please also be advised that as of the 1st of April 2015, the pricing for the data bundles and data packages increased. The out of bundle rate increased from R0.25 excluding VAT to R0.87 excluding VAT, which could be one of the reasons your data billing is now high.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
