Packet loss on FLTE
Use them for Fixed Lte. I get packet loss alot, speed is great and ping is okay but packet loss is horrible always around 10% they ask me to run speed test and then say but your speed is fine... I know it's fine in fact it's very good... However I'm complaining about packet loss, a friend of mine has the same issue with mtn.

Our best suggest is to get in contact with our Coverage Department on ***. Advise the agent that your issue pertains to packet loss and not to coverage issues at your home or office address, this will also allow the agent to do an escalation to our back-office network support team.
