Data packet calls. I service i do not want nor do i know what it is. Me and my family have been over charged with this \service"for a few months. I have complained and it has been sent through and i have a reference number. I was told to the phone 808 a number that constantly cuts one off. through out the month a constantly type *141# thus i know i do not exceed my limit"

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Packet switch data is when you busy downloading from the internet and you exceed your limit, eg 500mb you will be billed.

You can request a limit for your usage to be set on your account, so when you busy on the net it will cut, and you will have to load data.

I have escalated it to your Account's manager and they will feedback.
