Packed Switched DATA
I am trying to find out why Packed Switched high on my account. First email send 08/07/2015.This morning had a email stating that they do not pick up my account on my ID number. When the original mail was send there was an account attached to it and a ref number ***9.WHY SOOOOOO LOOOONG. Again *********** people that do not know what they are doing. WHY AM I A MTN CUSTOMER ?MTN takes weeks before they reply.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

We have requested from the billing department to validate the charges for the calls and the data charges for June and July month. We have requested for the URL report to be send to your email address for the internet usage. Please allow +-7 working days for this report. REQ:***.
We have requested for the itemized billing report to be pulled for the 2 months charges. This will take up to 3 working days.
Once received we will send this to you.
Cell number *** has expired 2015-01-24. You can visit any MTN store to assist you with the upgrade to our new My choice package where you can request for the usage limit to be set up on R0.00 so that once the minutes and data has been used up airtime and data can be placed on the sim card.
