<p>I have a package mtn 50 Choice (payg) contract and recurring 300 data and after that meant to load data but are loading and being charge for data usage . Please look into and resolve</p>

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We do pick up that you have set the usage limit on the account for R150.00 this has been set up by using the short code on the device. The charges are valid for the data charges. The system will allow you to use the allocated free data received on a monthly basis. Once this has been utilized the system will allow you to use extra data or calls for R150.00 and this usage will be charged additional to the account.
Please change the usage limit to R0.00 on the device. *141*5# dial and follow the prompts.
