Package not received on provision day.
<p>I went to mtn last month to get a contract, and i sign for a 50gb promo nd 10k mtn to mtn minutes but i haven't receive it and my receiving date is today, i phone them they told me to go to the store i went to the store. The store told me to phone consultents, the consultents send back the store, they are sending me back and forth, up and down. </p>
I'm still waiting even today, the matter still unresolved, every day every day its escalated escalated escalated escalated escalated escalated escalated escalated escalated escalated escalated.
I don't know if this matter will be escalated until the end of contract, i need clarity, help and solution. Please help this matter has been going on far too long.
