Package migration - still paying higher rates for almost a year
I requested a package migration on 9 July 2018, yet I am still being billed for the higher package. I understood the process takes up to a month, but it's been almost a year. I migrated from My MTNChoice+ M to My MTNChoice+ S. My MTN account is still showing "M," but I definitely changed it a long time ago.
This is after MTN already solved a problem where they were significantly overcharging me for several months.
