Package increase

On the 27 of May 2022 I received communication that my contract instalments are increasing by 5%. I was paying R299 for my 071 and R169 for my 063 number. Now my premiums a R378 for 071 and R195 for 063. When I call to ask I’m told to call retentions on 135 opt 3. I did call retentions and the 1st time someone answered and went silent for 10min. The 2nd time the lady that was helping me hung up on me after I had waited 1hour holding on to be answered. I need this fixed!!
