Package deals not loaded on system

We've been trying to do an upgrade at the iStore on our mtn Contract since the 1st of July. Till date the new package have not been loaded on the system meaning we can't upgrade. How long will it take to upload these new packages to the system so we can upgrade? It's really frustrating going there and looking like an idiot because your system is not up to date!
