PACKAGE DEAL ON CONTRACT - NO STOCK - UNACCEPTABLE

I am very disappointed in MTN's feedback as well as service. I upgrade nearly a month ago and did not receive my new phone yeat. It was a deal where you receive a watch togeterhet with the phone and every time I call - after holding for anything between 20 and 30 minutes they told me there is no stock of this deal. Yesterday I called again - the lady told me there is stock and 1 hour later I receive a sms saying there is no stock. Really this is not acceptable and I am on the point to cancel my contract with MTN
