P9lite device from MTN does not have the standard feature

I took out a thet MTN Fri-Yay promo with the Huawei P9 Lite as the specs for the phone state it is a dual sim phone. On receving my phone yesterday I noticed it was not picking up my 2nd sim. I went back to the MTN Wesbank store and informed the consultant Charl about my problem. He and another rude black lady that works there told me that the MTN phones do not come dual sim. I explained to them that this was never mentioned to me neiher does your store have any signage to such information. They continue to insist that it was my duty to ask even after I explain to them that if MTN is the exception it is their duty to inform the customers. Some people don't deserve to be in customer service. I then asked to downgrade my phone to the cheapest option that was available with the Fri-Yay promo. I got a straight NO. I guess they dont know about consumer protection act. Yet another reason they shouldn't be in customer service.
