Canceled mtn home router I got this router on the 9 may we 2025 it only work for a week I notice that this is not a unlimited

I call them they said I must take it back to the shop on the 21 may 2025 when I get the they give me a form I fill it They I must the call center I did that The lady was help me she said she canceled but they still debit my money
