Owing for service not rendered

I sometime in 2023 app**** online for Wifi and I was contacted to verify and advised that I will be contacted if my application was approved. No one called and 2 months later I got debited for R179 which I reversed cos I was not informed of the approval & had no router with me. Then recently as I checked my ITC I discovered I owe mtn for some R4000 & odd for what? This is truly disappointing, I need to know who's using that router & where was it delivered cos I never got any communication regarding this.
