Owed R3165 by MTN and radio silence ensues.

Where does one begin? Two large debits taken from my account, with follow up emails from MTN confirming it was their error. Requested full refund of over R3165.130, which hasn’t materialised. No-one has responded to subsequent emails, although promises from Megan Peterson, Ntsako Hlongwane, Kabole, and an email sent to Refilwe Mokale, who Kabole said would attent to the credit. The last email I sent was on 19th August, & still we wait. Case number that MTN issued is ***. Should I go to lawyers??
