Overwhelming, excellent service

<p>It is not often that one receives good service and I am overwhelmed with the service from your Ballito Junction branch, being an older person with not too much knowledge about cell phones etc as the youngster do I experienced a problem with my phone. I went into the Ballito Junction branch three times asking for assistance and it was such an enjoyable experience even though it must have been frustrating with me asking questions and assistance then for them to also have to repeat a few time as I did not understand. The three ‘technical agents’ on duty were ever so patient and in particular Ronel who spent so much time with me then assisted me with upgrading my phone explaining the different options in detail ensuring I was choosing the right package to suit my needs and pocket.</p> <p> </p> <p>A big thank you to RONEL and the two gentleman who also gave me assistance, keep it up you are an amazing team and an asset to MTN.</p>
