overdue account

Brief overvue, my account is overdue since Feb 2015. Small payments has been made. Emails including payslips and income and expenses. And last response mtn wants repayment of R8k over 3 months. Till today, I have yet to receive any communication regarding this account.<br> You say your company policy does not allow more than 3 months correct. So what other alternative is there if my take home is what you are suggesting as a monthly repayment. <br> Must I now for 3 months not live to repay mtn?<br> Where is this account currently and what is the status. You need to start providing answers as I am not going to accept external defaults or garnishee for something that I have made numerous contact about. And then repay you double what I owe with extra fees and interest. And on another note prepaid data. Dissappear within a few minutes. If I buy 20 mb after few browses it's gone even the daily bundle. Which proves how I was ****** and charged on my contract as well. Please do not tell me it's my phone because I log out of apps. I close or disable apps instantly.
