Overcharging_Wrong Billing
MTN has been robbing me since March 2015. We agreed when i signed the contract that i will be paying R641.99 for the two phones- 338.99 + 303.00. But they started saying they are data bundles loaded on your phone and the charge extra. This contract says they MyChoice200 and MyChoice100 which means they will never give me more than whats in the contract,in return i will pay their dues. This is gross incompetence and total disgrace. Systems cannit do more than what humans can. Someone says thats what is written on the computer>>>Oh HELL!!
