Overcharging on Monthly Account

Last year me and my fiance each got ourselves a Sim Card from MTN with 1 GIG Data on for for R79 a month for 2 years. However we were both wrongly billed. <br> When we went in to query this they asked that we bring in our contract. We couldn't remember getting one in the first place but none the less we tried to do this. After discovering that we didn't have a contract we asked if MTN could not see it on there System.<br> <br> In between all the arguing they said that they could see on the system we were on a R99 a month contract (Which is incorrect in the first place), and will fix it. After more arguing and even getting the one lady who works there who signed us up, that we did indeed sign for the R79, and that she will too look into the problem.<br> <br> They ended up reducing the one amount to R69 a month and the other to R103 a month????? <br> <br> They said no and that the only way to correct this is they have to request the Contract from MTN head office in JHB. We said that i is fine please do it. Its been months and still nothing has come and after getting tired of fighting we gave up. and now this will be the last month that i over pay as i will no longer be over charged for something.<br> <br>
