Overcharging my phone??????
<p>Can someone please tell me how can I overcharge my Huawei mate 7. I don't think it is my fault. I took my phone into mtn as the battery swelled out? when I get it back the people at mtn tell me it is my fault that the battery swelled out as I overcharged my phone I don't see why the battery swelling can be my fault. the people said at mtn I have to take my phone to Huawei in bedfordview they say they don't cover the battery of the mate 7 and I have to pay for the phone to be fixed the battery alone is R450 and if they have to replace the LCD with the battery it costs R1700. why do I have to pay to fix a phone that is not even 3 months old and I don't see how it is my fault I am very upset and if I could have cancelled my contract at mtn I would but I don't have the money to do that!</p>
