overcharging me
I have a contract with mtn which I was paying R252pm including insurance October I got a new phone after claiming from the insurance they told me nothing is going to change. The only thing that will change will be insurance as I changed it from R72 to R103 but to my surprise they deducted R319 instead of R283 I still have sms after they approve my new insurance. Mtn is just busy after people's money I can't wait to finish this contract and move to better network like Vodacom less complain
