Hi

I would like to know why the hell MTN has overcharged my account once again. This has happened in the past on a few occasions, and I was was told by MTN that my contract means **** as my 9gigs at R499 means I can still go over, there is no cutoff.

It has been a few months since I had to deal with this issue and I have been EXTREMELY VIGILANT EVERY SINGLE MONTH to ensure that I did not go over my limit. Now, this month I see a charge of R533.12 has been debited from my bank account - an OVERCHARGE of R34.12. My data bundle was topped up on the evening of 14 July, just like every other month, and I currently have 9.32Gb of data. So, if I am currently above my limit in the new month, what right does MTN have to stick their greedy paws into my account and take more money for themselves??? And why is my Total Outstanding balance R1057.12 - I have 3 months left?

I would really appreciate an explanation ASAP, this is absolutely disgusting that you people can just rob people so blatantly like this and actually get away with it. I will be cancelling all my debit orders when my contract expires, and I shall not be buying any new phone contracts with MTN as a result of this *******!
Best regards,
