Overcharging!
I have an insurance claim in since August. I have been asked to complete 4 different claim forms.....when will the actual claim be attended to? All the necessary information are on the four forms!<br> This is also the second time we have raised the issue of limits been placed and overlooked resulting in large monthly bills.....ref req *** and ***. Please address urgently.
