Overcharging

After being a client with Mtn for over 20 years I cannot wait to leave. i have always had a number of contracts with Mtn at the same time so i have spent hundreds of thousands or rands with you but this is how you treat me.<br> I have been overbilled for data on both my sell and data lines for june and july by insane amounts. My data line almost never reaches is limit of 2 gig but suddenly i am charged R750 and now over R900 extra for using data. In june i still had data left over on the 7th so this is impossible. My phone also has huge amounts for extra data these same two months when my accounts is almost exactly the same every other month. Very strange that this occures during your strike. I have logged two queries on your website with no reply. *** and *** are the newest ones. <br> With my one contract reaching its termination date i called and asked for it to be terminated and recieved ref no.*** but this contract is still not cancelled.<br> I am totally irate with your useless company and demand that my money be refunded this week.
