MTN has taken over my account from Nashua Mobile and the first statement I received in December 2014 was based on the same services and pricing as I had with Nashua Mobile. However the January 2015 statement showed a different amount to the original amount. I initially thought of it being being a printing mistake. However when the debit order ran on the 1st the amount was more than the original contract amount. Upon closer inspection my original Nashua Mobile contract included a 100MB data plan. However MTN have decided to charge me for the Data plan without any notification whatsoever or any new agreement . This should be counted as theft as an amount was taken without my consent or ***** as they have decided on their own to charge me for services that they agreed to provide free as part of the contract.

I am so sure that I will receive a automated reply which will not be followed up and resolved as I have noticed the trend to be on all the complaints as no one changes the complaint to a compliment.
