Overcharges - Not honoring promotions

On the 30th of June 2021, we signed a contract for the MyMTMHome Fixed LTE Router. The promotion was for a month-to-month contract, R1999 once off for the router, first month free and R959 per month.

We have been charged R1399 for 2 months in a row now via debit order where the charges should only have been R959 since August (first month free promotion). We have visited the MTN store (Castle Gate) where the contract was taken out to try and sort this out with no success, and we have logged multiple calls via the call center to no avail (*** the latest call reference).

We are deeply dissatisfied with the service.
