Overcharges

Good Day

In September 2016 I called MTN for a cell phone upgrade and requested an Nokia Lumia 530 which I was told was in stock and will be sent to me @ R169.00 per month for 24 months which consist of 100 MB Data 50 Minutes MTN to MTN and 100 Any time minutes, however this phone was never dispatched as promised and upon querying I was told that there was no stock, I tried cancelling this upgrade saying I would go to the walk in centre and do the upgrade in store and this didn't happen as MTN send me a Nokia 930 with the same packing. When I received the first invoice for the new contract I noticed instead of pat R169 PM I was being charged R229.00 PM, I contacted the sales person that did the contract for me which was Naydene Emanuel, she promised that she will get a refund for R80 PM X 24 Months as the contract stipulated R149.00 per month. this dragged on for a few months until MTN refund R999.00 only instead of R1920.00 after this Nyadene Emanuel started ignoring my emails, I then went to MTN in Sandton and here I was assisted by Kingsley Magano who took a copy of my contract and completed a request , Request No ********** once again for months I didn't get any feed back from MTN and Kingsley I would phone MTN every month after the 11th when I received my statements and would be told they don't have a copy of my contact, although I did send it to various people on the MTN Customer service. Up until now I haven't not received the balance of the credit. however when I received my statement on the 11.09.2017 I noticed that the amount is gone up to R277.00 per month, Upon querying this I was told my Mpho that the R50 was for the 50 Mins from MTN to MTN querying which was free for the first 12 months I requested for the to be removed as I didn't require it and she promised to send a request to billing advising them of my request to remove the 50 Mins MTN to MTN and pass a credit for the amount of R50 this was on the 12 or 13th September 2017, upon querying this on the 23.09.2017 I was told this wasn't done by whoever I spoke to and I should call back as the lady that too my call couldn't log a ticket as her system was down,

I am getting more frustrated as the months go by here are some of my reference no's I hope that you can assist in resolving this issue. ********** 8 ********** 83

I have so many reference numbers that I just kept the last two.

Attached you can find a copy of my contract and emails sent to MTN

Thanks Kind Regards Anwar Khan ********** 966
