Overcharged(Paying more then I should)

I got fowarded about the price increase of February for my MTN40Gig The price catalogue of price increases says MTN MyChoise 40GB is suppose to be increase to R259.00 which I have been paying R279 per month now it’s increased to R304. So basically I’m being over charged
