Overcharged/paying for something that k didn't subscribe

I took a contract with mtn 2019 December sign a deal of paying R349 per month last year October I started to b overcharging getting SMS's that i must pay more R500 I've been calling , emails up until now this matter getting worse I'm owing more than R1000 and I I don't skip
