Overcharged since Jan 2015 transfer from Nashua

I have been overcharged on my Nashua Mobile contract that was taken over by MTN in January 2015. In February 2015 they charge me 10% more than in January after I complained. When I complained yet again they said the last time I called I added more services and then again in April they charged me more. When I complained again they added another 10% in May 2015. When I complained again they said I added products which they could not provide proof of.

I finally decided to stop payment of my October and November debit orders after informing them of the stop on 29 September 2015. I informed them that since I had paid extra my account has been paid up-to-date to November 2015 yet they disconnected my phone. I am not going to pay for the two months as I have had no use of the services either and they cannot charge me for services not provided.

I am going to be going to the small claims court to submit a claim for re-imbur*****t and possibly lay a charge of ***** as they do not have proof of me authorising additional services or me agreeing to the new amount being debited.

I do not expect a response from them as I never had any as yet.
