OVERCHARGED ON ROAMING
While on holiday in Malaysia - received sms stating that roaming charges were R2000.00.I only used my cellular phone while in the Hotel on WI - FI,& switched off the phone at other times.However,our limit on the phone was for R4000.00 - when we got back to RSA our account was R10 400.00!!! We waited for the exact itemised billing,then lodged a complaint - to date - each time we call we just get the runaround - I am desperate now - need to get this bill sorted!!!!
