Overcharged on my mtn contract
On the 21st October 2015, I went to mtn in Eastgate to do an upgrade on my existing contract with Mtn,the package I took was for R229 per month, it was Sony experiar M4 aqua. for November and December I paid R290, then what surprised more was when the bill came to R309 which is not what we ageed upon,i called 808 then they said the mistake was done by Marvin Ntamane The guy who helped me who in turn gave me a bad attitude and said he will fix the problem but until today Mtn still wants me to pay R309, and they just send me the message that they suspenfded
