Overcharged on Data when I have a limit of R250

I received a bill of R2200 for this month for my phone and data. Previous bill was R505. I have a cap set on my data package of R250. How can this be billed? The debit order is due to come off this week. I have logged various calls/emails etc and no response. How can I be penalized when no one is able to assist me due to the strike, yet it's ok to deduct money from my account that is clearly wrongly charged. Thanks Charne
