Overcharged on contract lines - Pending for two months

<p>I logged a compliant at the MTN Store The Glen in July as I noticed I was being billed more than the contract agreed amount. I received two request numbers REQ ********** AND REQ ********** , I then proceeded to follow up with MTN for more than a month to receive a credit, after almost more than a month I finally received credit for only one of the credit requests (REQ ********** ) I logged, not long after that MTN proceeded to bill me for the same amount they paid me in credit stating I owed them. After countless attempts to reach the call centre I am continously advised about high call volumes, slow systems or the fact that they cannot pick up my reference numbers only to be transferred from pillar to post. In addition the second credit for REQ ********** was still pending due to lack of follow up/Investigation by the accounts department in MTN, It was finally re-escalated on the 08/09 REQ ********** and to date still no credit received from MTN. After being a loyal MTN customer for more than 4 years I am disgusted by this service. I am tired of spending my time with the call centre trying to find someone who is willing to assist in resolving my issues!!!!!! HELP!</p>
