OVERCHARGED ON BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICE

<p>after several requests over last 4 yrs to remove BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICE CHARGES , has i do not have a Blackberry, upgraded to Samsung, nothing has been done about it. Also request for a refund for the overcharged amounts, but was ignored. have 3 contracts but problem is on nr ********** 830 account.</p>
