Overcharged monthly!!!
As I was due for a upgrade in May 2015, I went and got a new handset at my local Mtn store.
My monthly subscription amount was supposed to be R249.00 on a top up package.
So by the time the first bill came after I got my phone I was charged for a declaw fee aswell as a migration fee.
I immediatley took this matter up at my local store and got a print out from the guy that assisted me and he clearly stated that we have been charged for something that did not apply to our acc.
This overcharged amount gets debited off of my acc on a monthly basis and I have to go and reverse it everytime!!! And everytime I have to pay a reversal fee at my bank and a deposit fee when I deposit the correct amount into Mtn's bank acc. I have left msgs for Mtn,sent emails and logged a complaint with the local Mtn store here in my town but NO ANSWER FROM MTN AS YET!!!
I expect Mtn to re emburse me on my banking fees which I had to pay because of their poor service delivery as well as rectifing my acc ASAP!
If this matter is not clarified in the next 7 days I WILL move to another service provider!!!

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response to your post.
We've perused your account and see that you were previously on the MTN 200 Top Up and you then requested to be migrated down to the MTN Choice 50 which is a lower package.
The migration claw-back fee is valid as you renewed the contract in April 2015 (23rd month) and migrated down to a lower package.
We will suggest that you return to the store where the renewal & migration was done and request to speak to the consultants manager.
Regards
