Overcharged for packet switched data
We have an account with MTN. This account was meant to be a limited account. We have been paying approximately R150 per month for the last 3 years. In the last 2 months we have received a bill of R2000-00 and R4000-00!!! For an account that is meant to be limited! Not acceptable! All the excuses but just pay, no help, different stories...you name it it goes on but in the mean time the customer must pay! No admission of guilt! Unacceptable. We have held other accounts with MTN for 13 years!!! service sucks!

You contacted me on 24th Aug in response to my complaint. You said the following " I will be in contact with you in the coming days". I have has NO CONTACT from you at all some 7 days later! Was this merely words to pretend that you are interested in resolving the issue so that I would go away?
You have NOT resolved the problem and you have made no attempt to refund the money that MTN has taken from us.
If you were so interested in addressing the problem, then act like you are interested and DO something about it.
