Overcharged for nearly 2 years!!

A week ago, as I was going through my paperwork, I came across my current MTN contract. I discovered that the contract charge is R299 per month. But MTN has been charging me R399 every month for the past 19 months!<br> I called their 808 number asking them to sort it out, and was told to forward the original contract page on which the monthly fee is stated to ***. I asked for a reference but was told that the fax would go straight through to the agent I spoke to, so this was unnecessary. It's been a week now- and not so much as an acknowledgement of my fax.<br> I bet if I had owed them even R100, I'd have heard from them countless times!<br> I've had it with MTN! I want my money credited to me and I will be more than happy to take my business elsewhere.
