Overcharged for a sim card!

I just bought a new phone on contract from MTN, La Lucia Mal. In the magazine, the iphone6s comes with bluetooth earpieces and I was told these were not delivered, I then asked if I was going to be compensated and I was told there were warehouse issues. I want my earpieces that were promised.

Second issue, as I am paying for the sim, I am told it now costs just about R110. This is a ****.

Third issue, i was told my phone would port in 6, 7 hours that I received my phone. It has now been almost 24hours and this hasnt happened.
