Overcharged debits
I have had a horrible experience with MTN, every month I'm being overcharged, they always debit more than what they are supposed to, our agreement was supposed to be R516.00 every month, instead they debit close to R800 every month, they send me statements and invoices every month, which is not the same with what they debit my account, I have sent them countless emails and their excuse would be "it's due to unpaid debits" which is completely incorrect especially when I've been debited more that what I am supposed to be debited, I cannot wait for July when my contract with them is over, I have had enough! Pathetic service!
