Overcharged contract - over 4 month's to sort out

<p>Having reported to MTN that 2 of my contracts have been overcharged - I am still yet to receive a response or outcome.</p> <p> </p> <p>They requested copies of contracts from the store in which I opened them - that store could not provide them. I ended up emailig the copies on to MTN and now here we are 4 months down the line still with no resolution.</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterry disgusted that this matter is still not resolved!!</p>
