Overcharged contract

Good morning. Since my first complain about Mtn contract overcharging me and adding elements that was not on the agreement, nothing was done on their side, now my number is blocked from making and receiving calls. I would like to know what further actions can be taken cause these problem is causing mental problems for me and its exhausting.
